Dr. Märki studied at the University of Geneva before starting her practice, first in the canton of Fribourg, then in the canton of Vaud. Her values and desire to maintain a patient-centered approach led her to pursue a career in general medicine. She has thus acquired diversified experience in several fields (hospital and outpatient internal medicine, rheumatology, neurology, surgery, psychiatry, geriatrics). During her time at CHUV/Unisanté, she also obtained a doctorate in medicine before working in the La Côte region, notably as head of clinic at the EHC.
Passionate about human contact, her travels have allowed her to discover and appreciate different cultures. Very sporty, Dr. Märki enjoys running and yoga, and also spends time reading historical novels and spending time with her family.
